As a Client Success Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients across a spectrum of services, including Brand Marketing, UI/UX Design, WordPress Website Development, Web Development, SEO, Graphics Design, Video Production, VFX, and more. While we provide training, a familiarity with these services is advantageous.

Key Qualifications

Who You Are: You are adaptable to new challenges, make decisions with a strategic mindset, and collaborate effectively to achieve collective success. Your thoughtful approach considers relevant factors and uses appropriate decision-making criteria.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • 2+ years of customer experience.
  • Strong inside sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience in outbound calling for lead generation initiatives is an asset.
  • Familiarity with tech industry sales.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with our services (Brand Marketing, UI/UX Design, Web Development, SEO, Graphics Design, Video, VFX) is a plus.
  • Any second language proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Engage with clients as the lead point of contact, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients through phone and email communications.
  • Raise awareness of the company’s brand and diverse service offerings to clients.
  • Perform in-depth research on clients to identify potential service opportunities.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
  • Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Meet revenue retention and lead generation targets through proactive efforts.

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Graduation in Sales or relevant experience preferred.
  • Sales experience, especially in the tech industry, is a valuable asset.
  • Familiarity with services such as Brand Marketing, UI/UX Design, Web Development, SEO, etc.
  • English fluency is a must; proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.
